Our installation process is designed to do more than simply replace equipment. We show up on time and install, test, and fine-tune your system to match your home’s needs. To protect your home, we lay protective covering in all travel paths and work areas, and complete a thorough cleanup before we leave.

Install Preparation
What To Expect During Installation

All work will be performed by experienced technicians in compliance with local, state, and federal codes. Our installation approach prioritizes safety, reliability, long-term performance, and respect for your home.

  • Great care will be taken to protect the home throughout the installation process.
  • Our technicians will maintain a clean workspace during installation and will thoroughly clean all work areas upon completion.
  • Our goal is to ensure the home is left cleaner, more comfortable, and more efficient than when we arrived.
Scope of Work
Service That Shall Be Provided
  • Education and support through our friendly installers and service team.
  • A worry and mess free system installation process.
  • The existing refrigerant will be reclaimed according to EPA standards.
  • The old equipment will be removed from the premises.
  • Install the new indoor air-handler with heat kit and leak detection system.
  • New outdoor unit to be installed with new risers and pad to keep it above the snow.
  • All high voltage and refrigerant lines to be connected to new system.
  • Low voltage will be connected to the new Honeywell FocusPRO® N100 thermostat.
  • Install standard 1-inch filter in existing rack or integral filter location in the air handler.
  • Refrigerant lines to be connected to the indoor and outdoor systems.
  • Condensate system will be connected to the new system.
  • Any additional duct work needed to hook up to the existing trunk line is included.
  • Full leak down test to be performed to verify leak free system.
  • Refrigerant system to be fully vacuumed down (evacuated) to below 300 microns.
Testing & Tuning

  • New system to be installed and commissioned according to best practices and rigorous manufacture's standards.
  • New thermostat to be configured to match the new system's requirements.
  • Airflow will be tuned to maximize the system's capacity in all modes separately to maximize new system performance.
  • All manuals and warranty documents to be given to you at completion. Warranty will be registered within 7-days of installation in the homeowner's name, and copies will be sent via email.
